Total Acceptance III: Nine Spiritual Connections Leading to Spiritual Empowerment

This book is about healing emotional pain. As you may know, our emotional pain is rooted in our childhood. The belief in this book is many of us began life with what I call a spiritual deficiency. This deficiency looks like lacking kindness, tenderness, encouragement, togetherness, patience, etc. Repairing this deficiency leads you to spiritual connection. The word spiritual in this book means a scared connection involving unconditional love. The word connected give us an immediate pleasant and deeply calming feeling. The word disconnect has an equally disturbing unpleasant feeling. Which would you rather be?
This spiritual deficiency creates a disconnection from ourselves, to others, and God causing anxiety, depression, feelings of despair, hopelessness, being overwhelmed and lost. If there is abuse, the disconnection will be even greater causing even greater emotional pain.
The cure to all of this is two fold: one is mending the disconnection, and the other is supplementing the spiritual deficiency.
The nine spiritual connections in this book build a foundation for you to mend this disconnection while enabling you to more easily express unconditional love in your life. These expressions of love are the spiritual supplement. Adopting the nine connections combined with a collection of all of our spiritual connections creates what I call spiritual empowerment, which will empower you to have a good life. As you adopt the nine connections and express spiritual unconditional love, your foundation will become you being a loving person who believes the ultimate truth and the highest power in the universe is unconditional love.
In this book are described four spiritual gifts. They are inner peace, elevated self-worth, a sense of belonging, and a feeling of being complete. The more effort you put into building your foundation as a loving person, the greater measure of these four spiritual gifts will be manifested in your life.
